A complex wine, very elegant and balanced. On the nose, freshness stands out, where we find red fruits such as morello cherry and cassis, pomegranate or black cherry. Very characteristic spicy notes of cabernet -pepper, cloves and paprika- are complemented by a floral touch and a herbal note of eucalyptus to achieve this elegant bouquet. On the palate it has a friendly entry, fine and sweet tannins, good length on the palate and persistence.
Viña Cobos makes wines that are authentic expressions of the terroir from which they come. Paul Hobbs, founding partner and winemaker at Viña Cobos, has worked since 1988 in the exploration of the different terroirs of Mendoza, looking for the most distinguished regions in Luján de Cuyo and the Valle de Uco, to produce wines that uniquely express their origins.
